Date: 2006-09-27 06:28 pm (UTC)My Da's part of this group-bit, that a group of guys that served on the same ship as him [Not at the same time, but from when it first went out to when they 'retired' the ship]. Anyway, they send out these packets once a month with contact information for people who've joined up, along with a list of people who passed while serving on the ship, and in the very back they had a list of Navy Slang. And 'Bullet Sponge' has always been my faovirte [=
